About Shiri Peretz
I'm Shiri, 48, live in Tel-Aviv, mother to four children and married to Idan.
My first career was related to children. I majored in Education, earned a master's degree in Children Literature, and practiced this profession for several years while abroad.
We lived in Paris as a couple and later, as a family, and there I was fully exposed to design, architecture and to the multicultural worlds in Paris and Europe.
I've enriched my knowledge with various professional studies: Art History, guided tours in museums, windows design course, styling, textile and lighting. I've enjoyed every minute, exposed to various fields and to different professional teachers.
When we moved back to Israel, I decided to make my passion a profession.
I studied Interior Design at 6B Studio, continued with commercial spaces design course, and then started my new independent path.
For several years now I'm an interior planner and designer, including a variety of commercial spaces, offices and residencies with great passion.
Among others, I've planned and designed new and remodeled apartments, bathrooms, children rooms and private houses. In addition, I was practicing interior design for High-Tech offices, large workplaces in Israel and abroad, Pilates studio, Spinning room and more.
I also manage apartments for investors from outside of Israel, assisting them in remodeling and designing their assets: I choose the materials, furniture and accessories, and I'm in charge for the whole project until key handover – to the landlord or the tenant.
As I was myself abroad with my family, I understand how hard it is to return from job relocation, enrolling the children in new schools, finding a job and at the same time finding a home and making it safe and pleasant for the family. That's where I'm come in: I can assist with locating your new home while you’re abroad, manage adjustments and interior design according to your needs, while finding the appropriate educational and social environment for your children.
For me, with every new client, a new story begins. The plot is drawn by the client, and my role is to edit the story in the most clear, correct and accurate manner for them.
My Interior Design's personal flavor is irrelevant, and I don't hold any distinct "style". I don't believe in designing all my projects in a specific style, be it Nordic, Rural, Modern or any other design approach.
I leave my personal design mark: A mark of understanding the needs, adjusting to the client, being accurate and walking hand in hand in selecting items at the optimal suitability. I perform that with lots of patience, knowledge and understanding.
I love my work. I love to develop a new interior design concept and adjust it to my client's needs.
In the end? I'm fully satisfied when I know my clients are happy to return home.
